The use of this site is governed by the terms & conditions of XPANZ Company Ltd, trading as HorseTackNZ as set out below. Please read them carefully. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right, at any time after the receipt of your order, to accept or decline your order for any reason.

ORDERS: Prices shown are in NZ dollars, and are GST inclusive (15%). If a product you order is temporarily out of stock, it will be put on back order and you will be advised by email or phone of the expected delivery date. The product will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available; or you may be given the option of accepting another colour, or size, or offered an upgrade, depending on what is in stock at the time.

PAYMENT: This website offers payment by Bank Transfer, Mastercard, VISA credit card payments and Zip (formerly PartPay) so you can buy now, and pay in 4 payments. We also accept telephone and email orders for payment by Bank Transfer. Ordered items will be shipped upon full payment, and when bank deposits have cleared. If a product is temporarily out of stock, please phone to order it and you will be advised of the expected delivery date. Email Inquiries or Ph: 09 437 5304 for further information.

RETURNS: Goods are meticulously inspected for quality and workmanship before they are shipped. All products are guaranteed for workmanship and construction. HorseTackNZ is not responsible for damage to products resulting from (a) horse-wear, (b) inappropriate storage, (c) careless use, or (d) modifications made to any of their products. Any product found to be defective upon receipt must be returned within 7 days so it can be swapped or credit given at our discretion, and only if said item is unused; unworn; in as-new condition; in its original packaging with all labels intact; and a Return Authorization has been requested by customer and issued by HorseTackNZ. This must be obtained prior to a faulty item being returned or credit will not be issued. Original courier fees will be deducted off any credit issued. We do not refund on a 'change-of-mind' or 'change of circumstance' basis. We can deal with different product issues on a 'case-by-case' basis, and when agreeing to a return in this instance there will be a 15% re-stocking fee. Items ordered in from overseas on behalf of a customer are not able to be returned.

DISCLAIMER: All Sports including Horse-riding can be dangerous and accidents can occur. HorseTackNZ does not accept liability for injuries caused through accidents or otherwise when a rider or horse is using product(s) purchased through HorseTackNZ. The use of safety gear and safety apparel is highly recommended at all times around horses and during horse sports and activities.

AFFILIATES: We reserve the right to approve or not approve a person's application. Approved Affiliates who earn commission on sales will be paid a minimum of 14 days after the date of each sale (that the commission has been earned on). If the Affiliate program is abused in any way by an Affiliate, then HorseTackNZ reserves the right to delete their account immediately.
